All Indio Elks RV site guest must submit this registration form with their check, credit card or cash payment. Please understand and accept that there are NO REFUNDS.

Please Note:

1. Indio Elks RV is a "first paid, self serve" facility in order to keep guest rates low.
   
   
2. "Reservations" are defined as a registration form (Online Form, PDF Form) submitted with full prepayment for all the days of a planned visit via a check and mailed to "Indio Elks Treasurer, PO Box EEEE, Indio, CA 92201". Before mailing the registration form and check payment please take a picture of both & email to Dan@IndioElksRV.com so I may give the treasurer a heads up to be on the lookout for your check. Prepaid reservations are generally best for those wanting to maximize their chance of occupying a specific site space. Be advised that specific site space reservations are "locked-in" for those whose prepayments are received first. Also be advised that "mistakes happen" and try as we might, while prepayment maximizes odds of securing a specific space, ultimately even prepayment is not a 100% guarantee. (Online Form, PDF Form)
   
   
3. "Registrations" are defined as a registration form (Online Form, PDF Form) submitted without payment with the understanding that the guest will pay with a check, credit card or cash upon arrival. Once parked, the guest shall submit a signed registration form & check into the RV host kiosk shack door slot or with the bartender during normal lodge open hours Monday thru Friday from Noon to 7pm.
   
   
4. Please Use our Online Registration Form Now. While using this form is not required, it does help us out by letting us know the volume of guests who will arrive on any given day and it saves our volunteers from the tedious work of keying in all the info from the hand written registration form which is a very good thing for our volunteers! This online form replicates our paper form. After completing it you should print two copies, one to submit with your payment and one to put on the dashboard of your RV while onsite.
