Occupying any Indio Elks RV site infers you have consented to following these rules that are printed on the back of the RV site registration form you signed.
"Please help us make your visit a pleasant one by respecting the rules as listed here. Thanks in advance and have a good time as there are many attractions here in Indio and the surrounding communities.
- Dry camping is allowed only when all sites are full.
- No "FOR SALE" signs on RVs or tow vehicles permitted.
- Use of RV spaces is limited to CURRENT ELK MEMBERS and accompanied guest only.
- RVs must be parked in designated assigned spaces. One RV per space, to tents or sleeping outside unit.
- All pets must be leashed when out of the RV. Waste MUST be picked up and deposited in trash dumpster immediately. Barking dogs shall be controlled. No pets allowed within the lodge and must not be left unattended.
- Guests are require to keep their RV spaces and grounds clean and orderly.
- Guests shall not discharge grey or black water on the ground. A dump station is available on the north end of the parking lot. Pressure regulators must be used on water lines due to possible pressure surges in the lines.
- As a courtesy to your neighbors, quiet hours are from 9:00pm top 7:00am. No generators, radios or excessive noise allowed.
- Any conduct unbecoming an Elk or violation of these rules will be cause to revoke their parking permit without refund.
- No alcoholic beverages shall be taken in or pout of the Lodge complex and guest shall not consume any alcoholic beverages outside their respective space areas.
- Guests are requires to put wooden pads under each jack if parked on pavement. If this is not done, you will be requested to leave the park as guests are responsible for erosion caused by their leveling jacks or discharge of any petroleum product.
- No washing of vehicle by owner. Designated commercial vendors only.
- Any damage to lodge property shall be immediately reported to RV host or Lodge Office.
- Grantee is responsible for all damages due to negligence."
